RGF's Client - Japanese company in the construction industry - is looking for a Safety Engineer to ensure site safety compliance, supervise subcontractors’ safety activities, conduct inspections and risk assessments, provide safety training, and report site safety conditions and incidents. Working Location: Saigon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City Monthly Salary: 10M ~ 17M VND Gross Job

Responsibilities:Support the site safety activity, follow the site situation and the safety manager's

requirements:, or the PM. Manage safety activities of subcontractors on site, such as morning meetings and safety inductions, to ensure compliance with company regulations. Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify potential dangers in the workplace. Join daily construction meetings with the construction team and give instructions to improve safety, if any. Complete the daily site patrol, weekly, and monthly reports. Carry out daily, weekly, or monthly safety inspections of all equipment or machines on site to ensure work safety. Provide training sessions to employees on safety protocols, emergency procedures, and the proper use of safety equipment. Instruct and arrange the safety team of subcontractors for site control. Carry out incident and accident investigation and reporting to the SHE manager and PM on time. Report the site safety condition to the SHE manager and PM as required.

Education: Graduated from the University with a degree in a related field - Language: English - Pre-Intermediate - Abilities/Skills

Requirements: Good skills in using Office, especially Excel Multitasking & high flexibility.
