Responsibilities:- Technical support of Mechanical products to customer /sales & related projects:

Provide technical support for mechanical and automation products.

Visit customers to introduce and present company's products.

Assist customers in product selection, operation, and troubleshooting.

Collaborate with other departments to develop sales tools and support to promote to achieve sales targets.

Collaborate within team and other department to develop technical support system / model to improve efficiency - Other tasks assigned by managers

Requirements ・Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. ・Language: English - Business Level (focus on writing and speaking) ・Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical engineering, particularly in automation or machine design.

Hands-on experience in automation-related projects. Preferred Skills

Experience in developing, applying, or optimizing AI solutions is an advantage.

Experience in translating technical documents is an advantage.
