ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a data driven, highly technical, highly skilled individual to drive our Direct-To-Consumer channel who owns the full commercial stack: Shopify store management, Klaviyo email and retention flows, Meta Ads, and performance analytics. This is not a coordinator role - you will make decisions, run campaigns independently, and report clearly in English without needing the Founder to rewrite your copy. The expectation is simple: you are the expert. You will be given context and direction, but it is your job to propose better alternatives, flag what is underperforming, and push back when something does not make commercial sense. WHAT YOU WILL OWN Store management - Manage product listings: titles, descriptions, imagery, pricing, collections, inventory, and site UX – Maintain and improve the Shopify storefront structure so that navigation and discovery are intuitive – Coordinate with the content team to ensure product imagery and copy are consistent across the store Conversion optimisation – Improve the path from visit to purchase: A/B testing, page speed, checkout flow, and merchandising decisions – Identify and reduce drop-off points using Shopify analytics and Amplitude data – Propose and implement changes with clear rationale and measurable success criteria Email and retention - Klaviyo – Own all Klaviyo flows: welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and win-back sequences – Manage the campaign calendar: plan and execute email campaigns tied to product drops and seasonal moments – Monitor list health, deliverability, and segment performance; propose optimisations proactively Paid acquisition – Set up, run, and optimise Meta Ads campaigns; manage ROAS and CAC targets – Extend to Google or TikTok Ads as brand budgets and channel strategy develop – Write or brief creative copy for ads; review and suggest improvements to any copy provided Analytics and reporting – Read data from Shopify, Amplitude, and ad platforms to produce clear written reports in English – Surface what is working, where drop-off happens, and what the next action should be - without being asked – Reports must be understandable by a non-technical stakeholder without interpretation Promotions and launches – Coordinate with the Founder on new product drops and seasonal campaigns: planning, execution, and post-campaign review – Ensure promotional mechanics on Shopify (discount codes, collections, pricing rules) are set up correctly and on time
Requirements
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Required – 2+ years of hands-on ecommerce experience with direct ownership of a Shopify store – Demonstrated experience running Meta Ads campaigns with measurable ROAS outcomes (please be ready to show results) – Practical experience with Klaviyo: building flows, managing campaigns, reading deliverability data – Comfortable reading analytics in Shopify and at least one other analytics platform (Amplitude, GA4, or similar) – Strong written English: you can write a product description, a campaign brief, or a performance report that is clear and does not require editing – Good communication in English, CV in English only – Commercially minded: you think in terms of conversion, margin, and payback, not just activity Highly regarded – Experience with TikTok Ads or Google Ads in addition to Meta – Working knowledge of basic SEO principles for ecommerce (on-page, not technical) – Exposure to CPG, food and beverage, or lifestyle brands – Familiarity with Amplitude or product analytics beyond standard ecommerce dashboards WHAT WE OFFER – Salary 14 - 18 mil VND / month, based on demonstrable track record – Clear path to greater responsibility as EEPL grows into new markets
